INTERIORS INTERIORS INTERIOR DESIGN LAYOUT CUSTOM FURNITURE D FLE XI WE Spaces to host the episodes of tomorrow Space is not just an interior layout or design, it is a projection of ourselves, a reflect t, our way of expressing our vision of well-being, our personality. A habitat is like a second skin, it must be adapted to our needs, our character. However, it is never very easy to concretize our thoughts. And this is where we come in, this is where our adventure begins. Sublimate your thoughts, your desires, your needs. Conceptualize and Realize your ideal space. CÉLESTINS Magnificent project that I was able to carry out in collaboration with an interior designer. The initial idea was to design a friendly, welcoming and innovative place. Create a new concept different from other Maison Perceval boutiques, while respecting the DNA of the Maison and the location. A nomadic concept where nothing is fixed, neither window display nor sales station, everything is modular. Conviviality was the common thread of the project. This has led to this very large eyewear presentation table where you can move around, stop there to try on, sit down to simply chat, and enjoy a coffee poured by the dazzling coffee machine. cafe enthroned behind the bar of the shop. PIERRE To make this loft more welcoming, such was the wish of the owner. A former tannery transformed into a dwelling, its apparent structure in riveted steel beams and its very high ceilings underlined an industrial aspect that we sought to blur. This went through a redistribution of the living rooms and the choice of warmer furniture, including a few iconic pieces found, while remaining in a contemporary spirit. Cladding the main wall with natural materials provided a strong identity: grooved solid oak veneer and ribbed stone. The rooms of this loft are articulated around a magnificent green patio, and a sumptuous meridian with its woven leather structure invites you to relax, playing the transition with the outside. The project is still ongoing. Back to Projects page Back to top

EVE 2001, Project Eve. The challenge: transforming an old ruined barn into a home The structural work and more precisely the partial demolition and reconstruction, as well as the putting of the building out of water and out of air were programmed by a DPLG architect. Framework partially destroyed by rain, dirt floor, main gable in very poor condition, no water inflow and outflow, which is why major building sanitation work was also carried out. Starting from a blank page for the interior, I was able to give free rein to my imagination. After the partial cutting of the floor of the 1st floor, in order to release the volume in height, it seemed obvious to me to preserve this magnificent height under ceiling by carrying out a cathedral insulation of 10 meters high. A joist was added to create a master bedroom open to the void, dominating the main living room. Part of the old frame was able to be preserved and left visible, which led us to give it a weathered and gray appearance. The staircase, walkway and railing, from my inspiration, were totally made to measure by ironworkers. In order to keep a loft spirit, a varnish was applied directly to the raw screed of the floors, in order to protect the perfect rendering of the concrete. Two years of work will have been necessary for the complete renovation of this loft of 240 m2. Back to Projects page Back to top

ALPHONSE Transformation and complete renovation of this small canut type apartment of 64 m2. Decompartmentalization of the main room to open it onto the kitchen and give it an area of 40m2. Bathed in light thanks to its southern exposure, its location on a high floor made it possible to choose very dark colors, which gives it this cozy atmosphere. The natural stone of the walls between each window has been partially updated, then sandblasted, which gives rhythm to this facade which was previously plastered and monotonous. The minimalist and uncluttered concept of the kitchen has been designed so that it disappears behind sandstone partitions, so that the island in the same color as the walls completes this monochrome game._cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ Back to Projects page Back to top Back to top
